The String Ensemble began in the summer of 2010 as a summer music program at The Music Center, Inc, in Live Oak, Florida. After the six-week program was over, the members still wanted to meet, so we formed the Suwannee Valley String Players! We rehearse once per month and perform at local community events. Our ensemble enjoys playing a broad range of music including movie, broadway, patriotic, hymns and even a little bit of fiddling!
